What we're about

Our stress is mostly on developing physical strength but there are very few people who do something to develop mental strength. This lack of mental strength is the cause of depression, low self esteem, anxiety, etc. the list is endless. Problems are bound come in life but to be ready to face it as a challenge is required. So, lets meet and discuss what we feel is effective method of developing inner strength and most importantly put it into PRACTICE!
