What we're about

Everyone is welcome at this inclusive, non-sectarian gathering where we explore ways to bring mindfulness into our own life, with our friends, at home at work and to every interaction. Each evening we sit and walk, share a reading by Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. We talk about developing practical methods to become more aware. Join us in sharing the challenges we face in trying to live like this and the joys when we can do it. Our regular meditation sessions are based on Buddhist practices but members are encouraged to appreciate and deepen the practice of their own tradition. This is an ongoing evening gathering in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Together, we experience the deepening of our individual mindfulness practice and peace and freedom when we can quiet our mind.
