Join Devhub Toronto for their weekly series of Lunch&&Learns-- casual one-hour seminars with varying topics targeted at developers. Why not use your lunch break to learn something new?

This week's Lunch&&Learn will teach participants "How to Be a Tech Influencer on YouTube, Instagram, Medium, and more", presented by YK Sugi, face behind the 770K subscriber youtube channel CS Dojo (

YK will talk about his experience, share his insights, and show you how he got to 770K subscribers!

Have you ever thought of starting a tech YouTube channel? Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a social influencer? Have you thought of sharing your programming knowledge with the world but are not sure where to start?

If so, this talk is for you!

In this talk, you will learn:
- How to approach various social platforms - YouTube, Medium, Instagram, etc.
- Different ways content becomes popular on these platforms
- How you can start growing your audience quickly even with no prior following

For YK, being a YouTuber / influencer is the most rewarding work he has ever done. In this talk, his goal is to inspire you to get started on the same path and give you all the tools you need to do so.
