Join Leigh for an exquisitely relaxing mid-week Sound Bath to reset your being! Each sound healing experience features restorative yoga poses specifically designed to deeply nourish and ground your body and quiet your busy mind. Bathe in the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and other overtone emitting instruments and harmonize your energy body and nurture your being. Leigh Evans, (500 E-RYT) is a yoga teacher and choreographer dedicated to awakening creativity and aliveness in the body. Leigh has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years. Inspired by her studies in Ayurveda and Thai massage, Leigh has created an approach to yoga practice that imparts healing and transformation for specific health issues and Seasonal imbalances.
Healing Deeper with Acupuncture Restore. Connect. Rest. Feel the deep impact group healing has to offer in this weekly shared healing Acupuncture experience. In this workshop, you will receive Acupuncture treatments in a group setting. Treatments will be focused on restoring the emotional Self and reducing the effects of stress. Needle Shy? Acupressure in the form of Ear Seeds will be made available by request. To ensure the best experience, please enjoy a light meal before participating in this workshop. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver before being allowed to attend the workshop. Sashana Fuller is a NY state licensed acupuncturist with a Master’s of Science Degree in Acupuncture from New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine . Her integrative approach to medicine has been shaped by my undergraduate studies in Forensic Psychology along with my immersive experience in social services. She believe in the power of embracing one’s own vulnerability as a tool to achieve deep healing which in turn strengthens the connection to ourselves and to others. When we feel connected, we open ourselves up to the layered healing that's possible in our wellness journey.
This class is more than a meditation. Using guided visualization in a clear, held atmosphere, begin to open up and move the energy in your body. By letting go of what's not working, and enlivening your truest self, you become empowered and motivated to move through your life. Jen will also offer each person energetic assistance in releasing what is no longer serving and opening up the energy. Jennifer Dopierala has been a healer since 2008 and is the founder of Finding the Heart of the Warrior. Through her work, she helps people let go of limiting beliefs and energetic blocks. This helps them move -- physically, emotionally and spiritually -- with freedom and ease in their lives, while learning to love themselves just as they are. Also a meditation instructor and former teacher with a Master's in Education, she has a depth of experience in creating an open space of compassion and listening.
