AND THE DEVI COLLECTIVE IS A SAFE AND ACCESSIBLE SPACE FOR US TO OFFER OUR GIFTS TO THE WORLD… Our intention is to provide a supportive home base for empowered, entrepreneurial-minded people to cultivate their personal gifts, creative passions and wellbeing. Devi Collective is a soul-centered project that is run entirely by volunteers and work-exchange community members. While our primary aim is to offer women a safe and accessible space to share their gifts, we welcome everyone, no matter how they identify. All people are welcome here!

Beginners Yoga

Narayana Yoga Project

Don’t know where to start with trying yoga? You can start here! This class is focused on new students starting their yoga practice or looking to tune-up their foundation. What’s a yoga practice? We’ll answer that along with many other questions in this class. There will be time for Q&A, break-down of certain poses, as well as time to just flow, quiet the mind and feel good. Props will be your best friend in this class to support you with learning the poses. Since this class is offered in the evening, there will be a restorative wind down before savasana to help prepare you for rest later in the night. Fall Rest & Renewal Join Leigh for an exquisitely relaxing Fall with a mid-week Sound Bath to reset your being! Each sound healing experience features restorative yoga poses specifically designed to deeply nourish and ground your body and quiet your busy mind. Bathe in the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and other overtone emitting instruments and harmonize your energy body and nurture your being. Often when the wind picks up in the Fall, Vata dosha, the air element, goes out of balance. Our mind gets very active with ideas spinning a mile a minute. We feel like we want to do everything and be everywhere. Often se get completely overwhelmed, fragmented, and might feel more anxious and have difficulty falling asleep. Sound familiar New Yorkers?? In this 4-week sound bath series you will experience deeply relaxing restorative yoga poses, mudras, chants, and meditations that can help bring you back into balance this Fall.
