  • Meet UX master Panagiotis Zaharias

    Romantso

Today we build continuous systems that can be optimised indefinitely, which raises a difficult question to answer - “When are we done?”. Usually, it's a checklist by product owner, just tick the features and now it's 100% complete. Software developers often call this, “works as designed.” But “works as designed” only tells us that the software consistently does what we told it to do, which isn't enough. In fact, it’s only the start of the conversation with users and customers. It’s the continuous improvement of our systems to deliver increasingly better experiences that helps us deliver real value to them. “Do some research before you code!”, - says Panagiotis Zaharias, who recently founded the UX Prodigy, an independent UX agency (https://theuxprodigy.com), and is a founder and organizer of the Athens UX Community, the largest UX professional community in Greece (https://www.meetup.com/Athens-UX-Community). On 17th April Panagiotis will open UX Pandora's box and turn it into a hidden treasure for any dev! During the presentation we will cover: 😎👉 Introduction to UX, what is it about, why YOU should care; 😎👉 Why UX research is important; 😎👉 The concept of usability and usability evaluation; 😎👉 The main UX professional roles; 😎👉 How UXers can work with Devs; 🎆 We also take another step forward by introducing "Ask the speaker" theme to our Meetups! Which means that you have a unique chance to get the answer G**gle wouldn't give and hear first-hand expert's opinion! Ask here: https://forms.gle/zb3z7FYrsm5af6Dc8 📣📣 During the event we will raffle away 2 FREE TICKETS to International Conference DEVit 2019 Talks Day! 📣📣📣 AND ALL ATTENDEES WILL RECEIVE 15% DISCOUNT for any ticket to DEVit Conference held on 9-10th June in Thessaloniki!!!
