All of the companies I‘ve seen so far have to a larger or smaller degree a problem with bugs affecting customers. There are several approaches on how to handle bugs which have made it into production. Although most developers have at least already heard about the so called Zero Bug Policy it‘s rarely applied anywhere in my experience.
I‘ll present a real life scenario where we made a very successful transition to a Zero Bug Policy. Along this way I‘ll shed some light on what is actually behind this buzzword. And I‘ll close with an example where Zero Bug Policy was tried and didn‘t work out.
The presentation will take around 30 minutes and I‘m more than happy to have a followup discussion. This talk will be hold in English if there a people in the audiance which do not speak German. Otherwise I‘ll speak German.
