What we're about

A community of individuals exploring mind, body and spiritual elevation through meditation, yoga and wellness experiences. We provide a learning environment for physical as well as mental and spiritual exploration. Dew Yoga is an oasis of compassion and curiosity for all ages and experiences to learn. Events range in expected contribution, some events are held free, by donation or for fees.

Understanding and Practicing Meditation with Rand Littlestone

We hear about meditation everywhere - in the media, spirituality, self-help, schools, even the military. What is it really? Join Rand Littlestone for an hour exploration into meditation. Be guided in a seated meditation practice followed by teachings on what it’s all about, how to do it and why. Observations and questions will be welcomed. No experience is necessary. Contributions to Dew Yoga sliding scale fund are welcome but not required. Bring your curiosity. A suggested contribution of $10 is appreciated but not required.

Pranayama and Meditation with Stephen Lincoln

A blend of pranayama, mindfulness and meditation with the aim of providing samples practice and benefit of each. Class includes instruction, practice and discussion. Free if you are attending the yoga class before or $10 drop in.

Dew Stories

Dew Yoga

Pull up a friend, blanket pillow or chair and settle in for an hour of true stories, told live by dew yogis. Feed your heart, be inspired, and nourish your inner child with the theme of the evening, Stumbling toward Grace. Stories presented by Rita Trieger and Leslie Berni. Suggested Contribution: $10/person and $15/couple

Weekly Meditation (Every Friday)

Dew Yoga

A weekly rotation of different mediations every Friday at 7pm at Dew Yoga. First Friday of the Month - Guided Meditation for Relaxation with Alison DeNicola Description - Join Alison for a guided meditation for relaxation. Class is open to all levels. Second Friday of the Month - Meditation for Good Mental Health with Carlo Codato Description - Carlo is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. Among other modalities, he teaches meditation to his clients to cope with anxiety, stress and depression. Third Friday of the Month - Yoga Nidra with Amy Livolsi Description - Forty-five minutes to melt away the work week and recharge you for the weekend. The guided deep relaxation is open to everyone. Last Friday* of the Month - Yoga Nidra with Jen Irwin Description - Forty-five minutes to melt away the work week and recharge you for the weekend. The guided deep relaxation is open to everyone. *Please note if there is a 5th Friday in the month there will be a different meditation selected for the 4th Friday of the month. Contact us for more details. Suggested donation for these classes: $10-15 per person.
