Join us on Sunday evenings for our donation-based gentle yoga class. Spend an hour aligning the breath, body, and spirit to prepare for the week ahead. Wear comfy clothes that you can move in (gym shorts and tee shirt work great) Donations are appreciated whether it is a smile, friendship, a post-yoga snack, or a monetary donation.
