Would love to attend, Thich Nhat Hanh's work is what drew me into my faith. You could say so far he has been my closest friend in Buddhism! I would love to see him....But the all powerful $ ...It's tough to donate when you yourself rely on donations to survive...I am not trying to guilt trip so please :) my wonderful people do not feel bad at all, I'm sure I Will make it up to Bethelehem soon and you will meet me and see what situation I put myself in....tis one that I spend many hours soaking in the rain, sitting on hard stone or just sleeping on the floor...people have told me there is no room for regret like that in Contemporary Buddhism...but I feel like as if I need to work out the bad before the good can come fully out...I need....a cleansing..

Michael, thanks for writing. Regarding Blue Cliff monastery and the Day of Mindfulness, go to their website and contact them. See if they can work out the cost. I think if you can donate $1 you can register.

Do you have a means of transportation? I checked a map and our sangha is the closest to Boyertown. If you can't physically get to us, meditate at the same time and join us spiritually. There are some recorded meditations on our 'Files' page that can help deepen your practice. Hang in there and keep meditating. Powerful transformations can happen. Peace, Kevin
