Northeast Dharma Ocean Meditation Retreat

We are pleased to announce that Dharma Ocean teachers Tina LaGreca and Sarah Miryam will be offering a Spring Northeast Weekend Retreat from Thursday, June 1 to Sunday, June 4. We’ll gather at Earthdance retreat center in Plainfield, MA, located 3.5 hours from NYC and an hour from Chatham, NY. Arrival will be at 5pm Thursday June 1 and departure at 3pm Sunday June 4.

The cost of the retreat will be $290 for the three nights in dormitory style lodging. It is our wish that any persons who feel a call to meditation and retreat be able to attend. This Dharma Ocean-led Northeast Retreat features embodied sitting meditation and bodywork in the tradition of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Reggie Ray. Through our practice, we’ll answer life's call to more deeply inhabit our bodies and touch the wisdom that is there for us.

The retreat will be held at Earthdance Retreat Center, 252 Prospect St, Plainfield, MA 01070. The center is located in the hills of the Berkshire Mountains about 40 minutes from Northampton and 3.5 hours from New York City.
