Meditate in CENTRAL PARK! Chan Meditation Center and DDYP (Dharma Drum Mountain Young People) kindly invited Dharma Drink friends to join them with their meditation in Central Park.
Description: Discover clarity of mind through the process of outdoor meditation. Dharma teachers Venerable Chang Xun and Venerable Chang Zhai will lead this relaxing meditation experience including walking meditation, exercise meditation and sitting meditation. Below is the event details:
* Time: 2:00-5:00 PM (will be held on time)
* Venue: Diana Ross Playground Lawn in Central Park (Central Park West &, W 81st St, New York, NY 10024)
* Direction: Please take the B.C trains to Museum of Natural History station and use the NE-corner entrance to get in. The event will be held on time, registration starts at 1:45 PM. We also encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle to help us make this event environmentally friendly.
