Community Fitness has kindly donated space to Dharmakaya Center Seattle for weekly meditation and sadhana practice every Sunday from 5:45-7:30pm. We will be doing short Dharma readings and instruction followed by Shamatha/Vipassana meditation. Sitting begins at 6:00pm. At 6:45pm will be Avalokiteshvara sadhana meditation, a practice for the purpose of invoking compassion into the lives of ourselves and all beings. Folks are welcome to attend either or both segments. There will be a short break after Shamatha/Vipassana to allow time for people to transition in or out of the next segment. Everyone Welcome!
