What we're about

Goal: To Crush A1C (to reduce hemoglobin A1C to non diabetic range using lifestyle)
Welcome people with diabetes who want to use lifestyle to beat diabetes. Learn, share and be inspired by the sharing of stories. For now (during pandemic) the events will be online, but someday we will meet for walks, hike, weight training, yoga along with peer to peer support.
