In Buddhism, meditation means effortlessly remaining in what is. This state may be brought about by calming and holding the mind, when compassion and wisdom are realized, or by working with energy in the body. No experience with Buddhism or meditation is needed. We will begin at approximately 7:30pm with a introductory lecture on Diamond Way Buddhism followed by a guided meditation. There will be opportunity for questions and answers.
