Every day we’re assaulted by more adverts than ever before. As we, collectively, become ad-blind and the true value of those ads continues to plummet, large brands have turned to the world’s largest publishers to achieve editorial coverage that breaks through and actually gets read. Meanwhile, Google is increasingly relying on those same publishers as sources of authority online - links from those sites have never been more important. In this talk, I’ll take you through, step-by-step, how we achieved this for brands including GoCompare, Expedia and Babylon Health; and how you can to.
James is the Head of Innovation at Verve Search, where he concentrates on answering the ‘what next’ questions and working out how to get there faster. He's been in the industry for over a decade and describes himself as 'creatively geeky' - spending as much time on technical SEO as creative campaigns.
