Training for muscle gain 3 times per week with 1 day of conditioning. Short rest period to stimulate fat loss and keep my conditioning up. Yoga and restorative exercise hear and there throughout the week. Dancing at least once per week.
1.) I am an iPhone app developer full time. 2.) I dance Salsa several times per week usually. 3.) I have been to every NHL eastern conference arena (besides Winnipeg who just returned this year) and also Dallas so I'm a huge hockey fan.
