This is the tenth in a series of Agile Lean Coffees run by Aginext and the Digital Leadership Meetup. These are free, monthly, virtual ways to talk about certain topics and safely discuss your experiences.

Craig Cockburn is based in both Edinburgh and London where he works as a freelance agile coach. He is an active member of the agile community and is a founding committee member of the BCS Agile Specialist group and also helps to support agile community events in Scotland. Craig is interested in mapping as a way to not only establish strategy but to uncover and visualise the Why that should be driving strategy.

This month's loose organisation will be around strategy and the techniques you use or are looking for to get a team united around it.

Lean Coffee is a facilitated, but agenda-less meeting. Our participants gather, build an agenda of conversation-starting questions — and start discussing. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically selected. We do ten-minute topic timeboxes, and then vote thumbs up or down if we want to continue for another five minutes.

**We will close signups and send out the Zoom link to all signups about an hour before the event. And we will also send out the link to start brainstorming and adding your topics so we can get quickly into voting and discussing. Please consider adding your topics before.

Thank you to the tool Lean Coffee Table for allowing us free use:

This is part of a series of activities that is sponsoring as we look to bridge the gaps between our conferences and to build a proper accelerated agile community. Anyone who joins our lean coffees can also be invited to our exclusive agile-minded Slack community.

Our flagship conference Aginext is on Thur 19- Fri 20 March 2020, our schedule is out! Aginext is a two-day conference dedicated to all things advanced agile and beyond including culture at scale, agile at scale, agile leadership, DevOps and just what's next!
