Flow System - Cohort information / preparation (Getting ready in 2022!)

This meetup is an information session for those interested in joining the upcoming Flow System Foundations learning cohort starting at the end of October.

During this session, we will cover:

Why Flow System is the next level of thinking for organisations needing to adapt to the complexity of the environment

The systemic perspective that Flow Thinking brings and the core foundations of Lean / Flow Thinking and the Toyota Production System.

The DNA of modern organisations with the three helixes of Complexity Thinking, Distributed Leadership and Team Science supporting Flow in fast-changing environments.

Who should attend, from Leaders to Practitioners and those looking to get ahead with Flow Thinking.

And of course, we will cover the cohort format, dates, how to sign-up and get involved.

We will also have a few previous cohort participants share their own learning experiences about the Flow System.
