Best Borscht in Town

We went to Cafe Polonia last year. It was awesome. So let's go back.

This is a small and busy restaurant. Each seats matters. RSVP "yes" only if you mean "yes", not "maybe", thank you.

Check out the menu to make sure this place is for you. Prices here are not out of control. This is a nice sit down place; not the normal cheap eats we shoot for.

I need you to be there a few minutes early so we can be seated together. After 10 minutes, I'll give back any empty seats to the restaurant.

Parking in the area is tight. There is some off street parking. Your best bet is to get on the Red Line and exit at Andrew Square. The restaurant is just around the corner.

What You Need To Know And Do

RSVP "yes" only if you mean "yes", not "maybe", thank you. Be advised this group has a "3-no-shows and you're out" attendance policy.

Show up a few minute early so we can be seated together.

Bring cash, preferably small bills, so we can settle the bill quickly.

You must have a "yes" RSVP to attend. No drop ins.

Bring your happy self and good appetite and we will have a good time.

Last weekend had "Green Borscht" at Russian restaurant in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. No beets at all, who knew! Menu also had "Beet Borscht."
