ENERGY PLAYSHOP

Cost Sliding Scale: $11 - $22

So what is energy? I think I can sense things, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. Can anyone feel energy or do you need to do something special? I’ve heard of terms like qi (pronounced chee), prana, life force, vibration, etc. but I’m not sure what they really mean.

If you’ve ever been curious about how to sense energy in your life, then this is the class for you. We’ll first cover some of the basics of what energy is and how you are already intuitively sensing energy in your life and don’t even realize it.

For example, when you are buying apples, do you pick through them to find the best ones or do you grab any ol’ apple? If you are actively selecting your apples, you are intuitively looking for the apples with the most energy…the ones with the freshest and ripest vibration.

Next we will play a very interactive game to help you get in touch with feeling, sensing, or seeing energy. This will be a great new game to play with family and friends at your next gathering.

Please join us for a morning of curiosity and levity in exploring different ways to play with energy. For those in attendance, we will be raffling off a complimentary Angelic Reiki session.

Recommended for beginners, advanced students, and anyone that desires to have a deeper understanding/experience of energy.

Jill La Liberte, L.Ac., Dipl.Ac. has been a student of astrology and metaphysics since 1992, energy lightworker since 2005, and a licensed acupuncturist in Denver since 2008.

She has been actively working with energy medicine since 2005 and is a Reiki Master/Teacher in both Usui and Angelic traditions. Combining energy work with your acupuncture session is like a big Control-Alt-Delete to reset your system.

“May curiosity lead you to excellence.”
