Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being, this workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The class will borrow from each instructor’s experience with Yoga and may incorporate basic poses from various Yoga styles.

What do u need : your own yoga mat, a Botle of water if u desire, a towel if u sweat a lot.
How to identify me : I will b wearing a fur vest b4 class starts. If. Still can't c me or come late, just ask the instructor to shout my name or ask who's there for the meetup, at the beg ginning, during class, or at the end.
