The United Nations Charter for Human Development places high importance on female empowerment, equal rights for women, and equal opportunities for women. But the question is - do women have equal rights and do they get equal opportunities? In 2019, there is a growing focus in companies and in our society to offer women leading positions and lead the transformation for change. But without focusing first on the self, it is often hard to bring about widespread changes in our society. This meetup will discuss how to bring about personal transformation and achieve success while detailing the necessary steps on how women can take leading roles at any organization without having to compromise on success. The question for women should no longer be “am I allowed to lead” but rather “how do I lead”.

Join the women in tech community in Frankfurt for this Disrupt meetup. It aims at bringing together future leaders and individuals that want to understand the critical points of self-development and female empowerment at workplaces and in our society.

++++ The meetup is free of charge but there is a limited number of seats. Therefore, please RSVP your free spot on Eventbrite. This is important since you can only join the meetup with a valid Eventbrite ticket
