Dance the 21 Praises of Tara on April 28 with Pia Hagan who will share with us the substantial positive life changes doing this dance can bring.
In this class Pia will share an Introduction to The 21 Praises of Tara and lead us in invoking Tara and dancing her Qualities. By dancing these Qualities, we will reveal our inner nature as an aspect of the Goddess Tara. The body responds and Tara appears through the movements filling us with light. We will feel Taras’ blessing as something that arises from within. Regardless of Buddhist experience, the rhythmic movements allow the mind to relax into the meditation. This dance gives us the opportunity to not only transform our self-perception but also to transform our perspective of the world. By transforming our perspective, the world itself is transformed. We will offer all that is precious to us and send the blessings to each other and out into the world. In moving together we will celebrate the interconnectedness of us all. Pia is dedicated to share the gift of this “living” lineage and moving meditation as it has been taught with much support through Prema Dasara and Tara Dhatu. Explore the Realm of the Enlightened Feminine as it reaches across the planet, a quiet revolution of consciousness.
