We have ongoing meetings in the Washington, DC Metro Area - Alexandria, VA (ALL LOCATIONS WITHIN 1 or 2 Blocks from Metro Stations).
DivorceCare is a network of thousands of divorce recovery support groups meeting worldwide, structured as a weekly seminar/support group session that combines teaching and small group discussion. We meet weekly for 13 weeks and new members are welcome to join at anytime, enrollment is ongoing and only costs $50 (which includes a workbook). This group is sponsored by Washington Beltway Community Church and tution is due at the first class attended. We accept cash, checks, money orders and major credit cards.
Facilitating these meetings are Pastor Mike and his wife Christy who have both experienced and recovered from the trauma of separation and divorce. Pastor Mike from the perspective of marital dissolution and Christy is the eldest child of divorce. You do not have to walk this painful path alone and you can recover! We are a group of people who have all been where you are at and we want to come alongside you to support you through this difficult time. We foster a group atmosphere that is warm and supportive. We are already praying for your recovery from the pain of separation and divorce.
