What we're about

DivorceCare is a caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. Our in-person* and online meetups are facilitated by people who've survived separation and divorce themselves - they "get it" and help lead the conversation in an environment that is empathetic and non-judgmental.

The in-person, 7pm Tuesday meetup gathers at Redmond's Timberlake Church. The typical group size is currently around 12, with an age range from the 20's through 60's...and from virtually all walks of life.

You'll learn from DivorceCare resources designed to help you deal with the pain of the past and present...and gain practical, sound insight as you take steps to rebuild your life. You can drop-in anytime during DivorceCare's 13 week repeating cycle (fall, winter & spring). You'll find care and support even if you attend just one DivorceCare session. Each meetup discussion stands alone - so you're invited to drop-in ANYTIME.

Topics include anger, loneliness, new relationships, depression, forgiveness, finances, children, reconciliation, "moving on" and more. And even though we meet at a church and the sessions center on insight from the Bible, you don't have to be a church member, a Christian or even religious. Embrace what you're hearing or not...there's no judgment (really!) - just hope, healing, friendship and understanding.

We'll send you more details after you reach out via meetup.com...but if we can answer any questions before then, please email groups@timberlake.church, or text/call 206.200.2250. We're here to help.

*We encourage in-person group attendees to follow WA State/King County health guidelines.
