This group is for anyone who feels that their alcohol use has become a problem and would like to do something about it. Different approaches are welcome and will be explored: HAMS, AA, SMART, WRAP and more. Whether your goal is tapering off/reducing consumption or quitting altogether, only you can find what works for you. Members of this group are expected to respect each other--including the tools or methods they may choose. What works for one may not work for another. There are many ways to regain control of our lives, but support and a plan are important.
