Between Arthur Minnis Road and Dairyland Road, Chapel Hill, NC
Members and their guests attending this event are invited to participate in both the Introduction to Obedience & Agility and the Off Leash Play In The Fields but you can also take advantage of only one and not the other.
This event will repeat on the first and third Saturday of each month. It is held at a private location. The prior evening, specific directions will be sent to everyone scheduled to attend.
The training session will be your chance to discuss how to introduce basic obedience concepts which should allow you to have a better relationship with your dog. Common difficulties that we all experience will be discussed. No more pulling, jumping, and suddenly becoming hearing impaired when his name is called! These, as well as other concerns, will be addressed at our Introduction to Obedience session. For those doggies who already know some of the basic commands, you may take this time to reinforce them by engaging in some fun play in Agility practice.
Buckets of water for thirsty dogs will be available as well as kiddy swimming pools. We provide folding chairs for members to make use of. There is no time limit. You and your dogs and family and other guests — no one under the age of 15 please! — are welcome to stay for as long as everyone is having fun!
Members attending this event are requested to leave an anonymous donation in one of the jars that will be available for this purpose. Donations are needed to assist with the fees charged by Meetup to Organizers, the cost of agility obstacles, and site maintenance.

I've been looking for a place relatively close to me for my dogs to play and socialize with others.
