***Main speaker***
We're proud to have Maher Hakim as our headline speaker for this event.

Maher is a coach, mentor, advisor and educator. After an 18-year career as a founder/co-founder of five tech startup companies in the Bay Area, with some successes and many failures, he realized that his biggest achievements were not the companies he built, the products he launched, or the customers he served; rather, they were the emerging tech leaders he played a role in shaping: his previous employees, interns, partners, etc. Since 2012, Maher focused his energy and career on helping others create successful companies, assemble and lead winning teams, and launch great products and services.

Maher’s experience was accumulated over the past 25 years from launching and building tech startups, from leading products, marketing, strategy, and partnerships for large software companies, from teaching innovation and startup leadership at Carnegie Mellon University and UC Berkeley, from supporting and leading efforts to build innovation ecosystems around the globe, and from mentoring and coaching countless startup founders and investment professionals. Maher is a technologist by education and holds a PhD in Computer-Aided Engineering and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He muses on topics of innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership on his Linkedin Blog.

Can't wait to see you all there!
