Between Pruitt and 21st Street, Bryan, TX
You're invited to join Michael in the Meetup Truck. Only room for eight! If you'd like to help decorate the truck, then ride along and wave at all our Downtown Bryan friends, then sign up and Michael will contact you with the details. On December 9th, the rest of us will be standing in front of Murphy's Law waving back!
Note: from Katie.
Here is the parade information that explains how the parade is lining up- Michael will be able to tell us his line up number closer to the event. On Tuesday, November 29,[masked]:55 PM, Amanda L. Reynolds <[masked]> wrote:
Hello! Thank you for your interest in the Downtown Bryan Lighted Christmas Parade! This email is to confirm your participation in the parade! Registration is open through this Friday, so we will send out parade lineups and check-in times next week. If you know of someone else you might be interested, please encourage them to sign up soon!
Below is preliminary info to pass along to the persons in your groups participating with you. The parade route map is attached. The green section is the line up area. Line up for the parade is on N. Bryan Ave between 24th and MLK. Please make plans to enter from MLK onto N. Bryan Ave. If at all possible, enter from the west side, so that you can turn right onto Bryan Avenue. There will be someone checking in entries at the Bryan & MLK entrance. Please park your entry on the RIGHT side of the road to allow for passing on the left. If you are a part of a car club, please try to line up your cars in twos (2 cars in front of 2 cars, etc) and then proceed in a single file line when the parade starts. Please do not exceed the speed limit of 5 MPH during the parade. Parking is available for vehicles not participating in the parade on N. Main St. between Pruitt St. and 23rd St. as indicated on the map. Please park and walk to your assigned line up location, do not drive! Again, we will send out lineups and check-in time next week after we have received all of the entries! Thank you for being a part of our parade! -Amanda
