      I do not. But I do practice TM. I'll do whatever I can to help with stress and positive thinking. I am currently going through a divorce and looking for whatever I can to help me through this. Is there going to be a charge after the first set of sessions?

      I am sorry you are going through a divorce. I have been there and it is a challenging process no matter how amicable the separation is. I am happy you are seeking support in mindfulness. As to your question at this point I am offering three types of public gatherings - the free introductory classes, eight week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) classes that have a fee but offer scholarships to people who can't afford it, and free follow up sessions for people who have taken the MBSR classes.
