This meet up will offer inspiring and empowering classes in Yoga, Meditation, and personal wellness. Beginners are ALWAYS welcome! Classes at HeartWell House will provide you with tools that you will be able to take into your own home and practice. We will learn how to build strength, develop our ability to meet challenge with peace, and support a healthy and strong nervous system. We encourage anyone to try a class regardless of ability. The space is comfortable and fits six mats allowing for personal attention in a semi-private atmosphere. We look forward to sharing the space and practice with you.
