December 10th for an all-new treasure hunt at the superb RAF Museum! Housing over 100 planes in a huge site, including Harrier jump-jets and Avro Lancasters, it's one of the most impressive collections of anything in London. We've been here before a long time ago and it's a great location for a hunt.
Admission to the museum is free, and the hunt itself is free too. We will meet on site (exact details to follow) at the slightly earlier time of 1.30pm. If you come a bit later call me (number to follow) and we should still be able to integrate you into the hunt.
Everyone will be allocated to groups of up to 5 people (or you can make your own groups). You can come in a 'closed' group, come in an open (accepting others) group, or come alone and be put into a new group. No groups can be larger than 5 people (to be fair). You will be given a challenging and rewarding list of clues, riddles and prompts to work out and follow that will help you get the best out of this museum. There will not be a 'race', so you can take your time to explore too.
The hunt will finish at 4.30pm (the museum itself closes at 5), after which we will get together somewhere for a drink and a natter, and to announce the scores. The winning group gets their photo on the website for all eternity. For glory. And to that end, I'll also be putting up the winning team's photo on the following hunt's page, like this :-D
