During class, my aim is to enable students to be conscious of their energy flow (Qi) and how Tai Chi movements can use Yin/Yang principles. We will be working on QiGong & Yang Style Forms. This moving meditation invites us toward mindfulness, and will help to release stagnant energy in the body. When we apply these principles, we will be physically, mentally and spiritually empowered.
