Fun and interesting things afoot

As of today, we are paid up through February as a group.  So, we are alive and kicking, and GROWING.

We have TWO new authors in our group, Lynne Spreen completed and published her book, "Dakota Blues" and Jo Lynn is in an anthology of women writers from Arizona...a fun book called "Life's Kaleidoscope," also recently published.  I'm arranging a wine tasting/book signing in September sometime at Ursula's Stock Farm.  Should be a hoot.  I'm proud of both of our sisters.  I am on the last chapter of the first draft of my latest novel, a supernatural mystery, called "The Raven's Daughter" -- then I start on the rewrites as I search for a new agent (mine retired).

We are cross-posting some events with Walking Winos.  Also, as a reminder, anyone can go into the calendar and recommend a meetup at any time. I encourage that you do.

Josie is our new co-organizer.  She's fun, and smart, with a great personality and tons of ideas.  If anyone else wants to join the organizer team, let me know.  I welcome you.
