What we're about

Who should join: anyone looking to have fun and work up a sweat!

What it is: an 45 minute group session with a certified personal trainer every Monday at 9 am and Thursday at 6 pm. Done in a circuit-style format, our sessions include core strengthening, cardio exercise, and full body conditioning. Please read the event write-ups for more details! :)

All fitness levels welcome! $10 per drop-in or $75 for 10 sessions (money goes to the Parkallen community league!) All equipment is provided, but if you have a yoga mat, I would recommend bringing it!
