Sunil + Arvin Thank you!!! It has given me a completely new angle to look at the Cashflow management now. Sunil today when you acted as banker on our table, u wisely pointed that in that given case, we should have looked at ROI ! Sunil, u rightly said the following:

    1) Before investing any money in a new venture, we should not forget to check: What is the cost of our existing liabilities ? To invest in a new venture or re-pay debt ?

    2) We should not always treat the borrowing as bad, some times it can create a very good opportunity to generate positive cash flow. 3) We should constantly evaluate the opportunities to come out of "Rat Race" and never forget ROI.

    4) We need to think like a business tycoon ! I liked the way the results of the games were written on wall + cheers of the group members , when they are successful and out of Rat Race!!!

Also the post game analysis of Arivn was too good!

I sincerely thank the Team! = (Sunil + Arvin) Best wishes for all !
