Mindfulness is a key quality in Buddhist practice and by practicing rightly, it can turn our attention towards liberating insights.
When we practice with the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, we learn to use tools and methods that help us to navigate through difficult times and experiences we encounter in our lives.
During this weekend we will look into the different aspects of Buddhist teachings on mindfulness. We will focus on finding ways to cultivate mindful awareness not only in our formal meditation practice but also in everyday life situations.
How can I bring awareness into relationships at work, with my family, friends and last but not least with myself?
This retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Retreat includes practice of sitting, walking and standing meditation (both guided and non-guided), mindfulness, Dhamma talks which cover many aspects of the Threefold training as well as elements of vipassana (practice of insight), Dhamma discussions and personal guidance.
Refunds are not offered for this Meetup.
