AN EVENING OF DANCE, prayer, movement meditation, connection, simple ritual and community When: SUNDAY AUG 19th Times: 6pm – 9.30pm Where: St Pauls Centre, on the grounds of St. Pauls Church, Adelaide Road, Glenageary. a few mins from Glenageary DART Free parking on the grounds. Cost: €22. €20 / €18 Low waged, elders, students, unemployed "Tribe is the place where prayer, for the first time, started to make sense for me." __________________ We will take a journey together through the landscape of the elements. Through movement and dance we will call on the support of the elements earth, fire, water and air and free up our imaginations to access the archetypal healing and inspiring qualities of each element. The four elements are manifestations of the divine and we are made from them. Dancing them is a way to connect deeply to our deepest nature, to nature around us and to the nature of existence. The elements and their guardians are guides, teachers and allies. We dance the elements as support and gateways into sacred space and with the support of the archetypal elements we co-create prayer space for dreaming and healing. We include an alter representing each element in the four directions. You are welcome to bring your own personal representations of the elements for the altars if you wish. www.embodiment.ie

Live your life in motion! be active and take care of your body (the only one you have) while having fun and meeting new people. Sounds good, doesn't it? If you are interested in improving your physical well being through movement then welcome to the group! We promote dancing and other physical activities like stretching to help improve our heath connecting body, mind and spirit through movement. Often times in our busy life we underestimate the importance of our physiological aspect, leaving it out as the last thing to take care of -if we find the time-, without realising that working with our body in a mindful way is a powerful tool to achieve a more balanced and happier lifestyle. My aim is to build a community to support each other and share our experiences along the journey by organising meetings, workshops and different kind of events related to the dance and movement world.
