Pilates is based around stabilising the deep “core” muscles of the body (the muscles around the abdomen and lower back) to build strength, restore mobility, relieve strain, and improve posture.
Pilates is for people of every age, body type and fitness level. It has been adopted by everyone from dancers to rugby players to athletes to physiotherapists and beyond.
In this Dublin Pilates meet up group we’ll be offering classes at various levels to give you the opportunity to fall in love with this amazing practice and feel the benefits for yourself.
