    Hi

Not sure how this works, but want to let DLSN members know about a scratch Messiah (i.e. you can join in if you know it!) on Saturday 3 December, 8pm, in Monkstown Parish Church. Its organised by Dun Laoghaire Choral Society with professional soloists and musicians. Tickets on line (just google it) or at the door. 20 euros. You don't have to sing; just come along and listen. If anyone wants to sing but doesn't have a score, I have a spare one. I went to this 2 years ago and it was wonderful, so hoping some of you will join me this year!

exactly how it works. At the moment we have 31 on this thread, so it may take awhile for members to join and have a larger group to message, but for the moment, it's a great start. that sounds like a really spirited evening. as it happens i'm in clare that weekend. :-(

Hi everyone. The last night at open house i gave credit to a course we did called landmark which inspired me to seek new possibilities in life including the ones I'm creating for dlsn right now. Ruth also spoke that night free of the anxiety which used keep her from ever speaking publicly. The course is a 3 day course which helps you to clear everything that holds you back in life, including the past which is still influencing us and gives us ways to transform your relationships and your life. I know we spoke to some members about it so I wanted to pass on an invitation to a home introduction which a friend asked me to pass on. "This Saturday, Introduction to the Landmark Forum, 7pm @ 15 Crofton Avenue, Dun Laoghaire.. Fun, magic and connectedness 😊" pm me if interested :-)

Can i just say i'm already enjoying the interaction possible on the noticeboard (thanks, Bro!) and the fact we currently have 7 original events coming up thanks to our members and a few more coming onstream. So the buzz is back :-)

woohoo, ta Patrick. Would love to go for weekend walks, if anyone interested. And beach clean ups, always wanted to get involved in that....if anyone has any info....i could go to dunliri council office, and check it out. I think it maybe that various groups can do it, and just go to council for plastic bags etc, and we decide a day(s) to meet up with our rubber gloves : )

I think for the same reason as last night. I didn't set a date but it seems to have one so I've reset it for the future. Try now?
