New Time, 9am! Light flow open to beginners and experienced Yogis. We will flow and breathe together, with about 30 minutes of stretch and holds. We start with the breath (pranayama) for 5-10 minutes as a warm up and end in sunny Savasana! Beautiful park setting right on the St Joseph Sound at the Dunedin Youth Guild Park. Come join other mindful yogis and practice in nature .β¨ππ½π
