Foam Fighting is a large scale medieval and fantasy weapon sport.
Would you like to meet great people with similar interests? Or get your mind off of work, while losing a few pounds? Are you looking for a fun way to spend time outside with your teenagers? Whether you are a veteran foam fighter, totally new to the sport, looking for something cool to try or wanting to come out and just watch 30-50 people run around battling in the heart of Nashville, this is a fantastic sport to be a part of. Foam fighting is the one of the fastest growing sports in America. While video gamers look for alternative sports for exercise, not being happy with the traditional options, they find foam fighting, also known as Belegarth.

Starting after Beltane in spring until Equinox in the fall the longer days mean more chances to swing foam and Dur Demarion extends an additonal practice time on Thursday starting at 5pm. These are usually smaller in scale than the normal Sundays but still give everyone a fun time getting out to fight.
