Welcome to free guided Sahaja Yoga meditation sessions.

Who can join our events?
Sahaja Yoga meditation is for everyone. No prior experience is needed. Sahaja Yoga is practiced by thousands in more than 100 countries. It is beneficial and instructive for both beginners and the experienced. All sessions are free. No strings, no catch. Everyone is welcome.

What is Sahaja Yoga?
Sahaja Yoga is founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 in India. It is a simple, time-honored meditation technique that lets you tap into your innate energy and harness its power to become balanced and connected to self — emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is more than a temporary solution or quick relief — it is a journey, rather than a destination. Sahaja Yoga meditation is practiced globally by normal householders from different nationalities, races, religions or social strata. It is a very natural and easy method. As Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi said, “it is a living process that is inherent within us since our birth”. Our sessions help you get started and go deeper in your inside journey.

Why do I need Sahaja Yoga?
Regular practice of Sahaja Yoga helps you lead a more balanced and joyful life as you learn to master your emotions and manage stress. You enjoy better health, better focus, and better relations. You experience mental silence, and oneness with the universe. Disciplined practice of Sahaja Yoga transforms you from within into a more positive person.
You can also become part of a large global family of people who have a pure desire to ascend spiritually and spread love, peace and joy.

How do I get started?
You can join any of our events (guided workshops) listed in this group. Our events are always free and conducted online. You can also connect through our facebook group or get to know more through the website links shared below.
In your first event/session you will -
1. get to socialize and know other participants with similar aspirations.
2. be introduced to what is meditation and its purpose
3. experience the awakening of your innate energy
4. experience silent meditation and feel the peace and joy within.
5. get introduced to knowledge of your subtle system - chakras and nadis (energy centers).

In regular ongoing sessions you will
1. go deeper into each chakra and nadi, and learn to cleanse them
2. learn to meditate on your own and balance your chakras and nadis
3. learn to use music for meditation and cleansing energy centers
4. get your queries answered in group or one on one.

What happens if I miss a session?
You can tell your facilitator in advance or when you join for the next session. Your facilitator will organize for you to catch up.

What is the fees and when do I pay?
Sahaja Yoga is always free. You cannot pay for what is inherent in you. Our sessions help you to connect with your beautiful inherent self. As Shri Mataji Nirmal Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga said, "You cannot pay for truth"
