This group meets to practice a kind of dynamic meditation or intuitive movement. The technique is simple, requires only 30 - 45 minutes. No teacher, no study. No long sittings.
It can be practised by people of all beliefs, or those of a scientific bent, wanting to add depth, meaning and personal inner guidance to their lives. The method is known as Active Inner Response : AIR.
