Whether you're new to yoga or have a regular practice, this class will help restore good posture, build strength and stamina and help to increase your flexibility. Classes will include flow sequences and classical Hatha yoga poses and we will explore breath awareness and movement to create a mindful practice. We will always finish with a lovely relaxation. £10 a session.
