ECK Community HU Chants

Explore your potential for greater happiness, love, and understanding by chanting HU

It is scientifically proven that there are many benefits of chanting a sacred sound. All are invited to participate in chanting the sacred word HU. HU is an ancient name for God, and the benefits of chanting it include a sense of inner peace, insights into challenges, improved health, attunement with one’s spiritual nature, and a greater awareness of life and love. Hosted by New York Satsang Society Inc., a chartered affiliate of Eckankar, Religion of the Light and Sound of God.

The Community HU Chant, which lasts for about 20 minutes, is open to people of all faiths, cultures, and backgrounds.

Hear the sound of HU at www.HearHU.org (http://www.hearhu.org).

ECK Light and Sound Services

You are warmly invited to attend an ECK Light and Sound Service.

Each service focuses on an aspect of Eckankar, and features a reading from the ECK works, a HU chant, and a group discussion of spiritual principles at work in daily life.

Services may also include creative arts, a talk, or a video excerpt of a talk by Harold Klemp, the spiritual leader of Eckankar. The ECK Light and Sound Service lasts about an hour. Join others seeking to bring more divine love into their lives at this special celebration of the Light and Sound of God.

ECK Spiritual Discussions

ECK Spiritual discussions include roundtable discussions focused on the many facets of living the spiritual life in today's world. Discuss how past lives, dreams and Soul Travel help you find God.

Online Spiritual Discussion: “Bringing Love to Every Situation”

Needs a location

“One of the biggest lessons we can learn in life is to do everything possible to reach an accord with the individual we are having trouble with.”
—Harold Klemp, The Language of Soul, p. 72

It is easy to bring love to situations with people we like and agree with. But what about the difficult and challenging encounters we have? What are ways and possibilities to deal with those and go beyond just “handling" them but bringing actual love to these situations, knowing that each Soul exists because of God’s love and that God’s love flows equally to each and everybody.

Some questions we will look at include:

• How do you remain in a state of balance and good-will when anger or fear tries to dominate a situation?
• How do you find harmony in the most difficult situations or even make peace with them?
• Do you only react, or do you consciously act in your life?

If this topic is of interest to you, come and participate in a lively discussion where we can exchange experiences, contribute ideas, and share our spiritual tools to handle challenging situations.

This event will be hosted on Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to those who register. You can also attend by phone; the phone number and link will also be sent in an email by the day of the event.
