This group is all about learning to go deeper with meditation and related techniques to bring about the profound changes you want to see in your life and in our world. My plan is to have some discussion at the beginning about tips for meditating longer and deeper as well as the focus / intention for the guided meditation that will follow. I'll guide the group into a prolonged meditation (approximately 30 minutes), then we can share our experiences, ask questions, etc. after the meditation is finished. There will likely be relaxing music and essential oils to help set the mood and encourage deeper relaxation. The whole thing should last about an hour. We plan to meet each Thursday evening at 7.
