What we're about

A lot of the work we do at EPIC is centered around shifting mindset and belief systems. Here are some of the common ones we like to unravel: the belief that you have to kill yourself to get fit, the belief that whole grains are good for you, the belief that at a certain age your metabolism slows down, the belief that you cannot heal yourself and that your body is working against you, not for you.

In order to tackle these belief systems, we LOVE eye-opening, heart-opening and mind-opening documentary films. For this reason, last year we launched monthly free screenings of some of the most unique and mesmerizing documentaries ever made (in our humble opinion).

They have helped our clients think of their lives and health in a new way, help unblock plateaus in their training and offer new ideas that make them healthier. We are so happy to report we’re back with a new line-up of inspiring documentaries for 2019. Discover new things, unlock unbelievable insights, learn about the world and get inspired.

Our mission is to help you gather SPECIFIC and credible knowledge of things that are important to you: health, wellness, personal development and connection.

Join us for free screenings of incredible documentaries and in-depth discussions about all things health and wellness hosted by one of our EPIC Personal Trainers, Marissa Hamon. 2019 EPIC MOVIE NIGHTS FRIDAYS 6 PM - 8 PMThese events are free.
