Laughter Exercise is a simple process, easy to learn and fun for all who wish to participate.
Come to Withrow Park at 1pm (North-East corner) for an hour of uplifting, playful, hilarious, laughter-filled fun, friendship, and socializing.
Be there, rain or shine! Free and open to everyone - young & old alike. Great for all ages and abilities.
If it's chilly or rainy, dress accordingly. Come prepared to be outside moving around and laughing plenty for an hour. You'll be active, and enjoying yourself enough, the weather won't matter.
Bring your friends, co-workers, your family, your children, your grandparents, approachable strangers . . . The more the merrier, ha, ha, ha!
Afterwards let's hang out together for more fun & celebration.
Plan A: If the weather's decent, bring healthy food & non-alcoholic beverages to share. Also bring a folding chair, or a blanket to sit on the ground, and anything else you can think of that would add to the experience for yourself and for others.
Plan B: If the day is too cold or too wet to hang out in the park, after our one hour of Laughter Yoga, we'll meet in a nearby restaurant on Danforth Ave. for followup socializing and food-sharing.
And bring yourself and everyone else you can rally up, to our local celebration.

About World Laughter Day:
Traditionally, WLD falls on the first Sunday of May each year.
One year, so many people came out for World Laughter Day, in Copenhagen, Denmark, that the phenomenon was published in the Guiness Book of World Records. 10,000 people gathered to laugh & promote world peace! Amazing!
